Artisan Craftsmanship Notice

All our furniture pieces are custom-made in Europe by skilled artisans. Each item is crafted by hand, which means that slight variations or minor imperfections may occur — these are a natural part of the artistic process and contribute to the authenticity and character of the piece.

Such artisan imperfections are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for refunds or returns.
In the rare case that a visible imperfection requires attention, our artisans are available to perform a professional touch-up to ensure the piece meets our quality standards.

Lead Times

Artwork typically ships within one week. Furniture timelines may vary by piece, but we do our best to deliver promptly while honoring the craftsmanship behind every order.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 10 hours of delivery. Simply send us a few photos of the piece and the packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns

Custom orders are not refundable no returns are possible.

Artwork: Because each piece is made specially for you, all artwork sales are final.
